is it really awareness?
or something else
Is it awareness, or self-monitoring?
Is it awareness, or judgment?
Is it awareness, or control?
Awareness without connection to the senses is often just overthinking with better branding.
That’s where inner work can become a trap.
When it teaches us to explain ourselves instead of experience ourselves.
When it rushes to turn difficult lived experience into a lesson before we have actually sat with the wounded parts of us.
When it tries to make us more evolved, more regulated, more “healed,” instead of more honest, more compassionate, and more human.
Because then, it doesn’t set us free.
It only gives the human mind more sophisticated ways to protect itself.
And the very thing we began to help ourselves can become another reason we still don’t feel free.
Thank you for joining me on the path of unconditioning,
