Rehab failed me after my car accident
Here is what happened next....
My career started purely through a physical and biomechanics lens, nearly 10 years ago.
Originally as a personal trainer, then specializing in Joint and Spine Mobility.
Those methods helped after my car crash…
Until they didn’t.
My accident was the beginning of an entirely new way of understanding our human body, now through the nervous system perspective.
Because it’s never just your mind or just your body.
It’s the integration of both.
Nothing creates lasting change because we live in a system that separates them.
Most approaches like mindfulness, pilates, strength training, physio, chiro… treat them as separate.
And worse, they only focus on symptoms, never root causes. Never what’s actually causing your pain.
So, no matter how long or how intensely you “treat” your symptoms, you’ll always fallback into conditioning patterns that will keep making your pain comeback.
Not here, tho.
Here, I integrate nervous system work, breathwork, and posture-focused strength training to help you move beyond what keeps you stuck and in pain.
Because without the combination of the three, you’ll continue “treating” your pain forever while falling back into the patterns that will keep demanding that treatment…
