After my accident, concussion, and chronic pain, the body strength I once knew was no longer accessible to me. I felt weak and incapable.
I had to learn how to rebuild it from the inside out...
I’ve been into sports and movement my entire life. And my super power was always pushing through pain and discomfort, but that wasn’t possible anymore, no matter how many times I told myself it was all in my head - that’s what everyone kept telling me too.
But suddenly no matter how much I tried, my body no longer moved the way I knew it could.

And every new step of rebuilding it felt like starting from zero.
I spent months in manual therapy that only made me feel worse instead of better.
Not all treatments are trauma-informed, and not all practitioners understand nervous system recovery.
Unfortunately.
Over time trauma and stress physically shaped my posture. My posture accommodated my chaotic nervous system, and I didn’t even realized it. No wonder why no matter what I did physically would lead to neck and shoulder pain.

Fixing your posture is so much more than standing tall. It rebalances your entire system (body and brain) so it doesn’t have to hold tension constantly and feel safe to relax.
At 37, I feel the most free I’ve ever felt in my body and in how I move. This work has transformed how I show up in the world too.
And this lived experience became the foundation for the work I do.
That’s why today I help people uncondition their posture through nervous system regulation, breath-work and posture-focused strength training. So that you can finally move beyond the patterns keeping you stuck and in pain. (Like mine used to.)
