The behind-the-scenes of my rebirth year (and five client-tested practices you can take with you)
December 17th, 2016, was the day I officially became a certified personal trainer.
A few days later, I got my very first client.
They were a work friend who had basically been waiting for me to get certified so they could finally have a PT :D
My work has evolved so much since those days.
This year, my business turns 10.
And it feels like I’ve been preparing for a rebirth.
The past 15 months have been about:
letting go of what no longer works, internally and externally.
bringing all the pieces of my work together so I can finally see the full canvas.
fully owning what makes my work unique and where I can serve best
And, luckily, two beautiful souls came into my life to help me bring it to life.
Big gratitude to Joel and Patrícia from GrowingDesign for being the support I always thought was impossible to find.
There’s discomfort in letting go of what previously worked.
But there’s also a sense of peace when you finally take that step, put your foot down, and say, “This is where I stand for now.”
Like a dear friend said, looks like this rebranding process has been self-affirming, and I couldn’t put it any better.
It really has been.
The more I stripped away the clutter, the more I landed on this:
The pain and stuckness we’re experiencing comes from a life of deep conditioning.
So I’m here to help you uncover it, address it, and finally move beyond modern-life pain.
And today, I’m on the edge of my seat to share what we’ve been cooking for the past 7 months.
