I’m Hedi, a mindfulness teacher and bodyworker who helps people move beyond the patterns keeping them stuck and in pain. I’m Iranian-Canadian and currently live in Cumbria, UK near the Irish Sea.

The Unconditioning Movement Substack began as a creative exploration to share the deeper layers of my inner and outer work on the path of unconditioning.

My journey with injury, concussion, and chronic health challenges along with navigating life as a woman, immigrant, and entrepreneur led me to seek options beyond conventional health and wellness spaces…

As these failed me my entire life.
